Himalayan Institute Helps Send Cameroon Runners To Boston Marathon
We were sure glad night time came along to cool things off during our 19 hour day. It was one of the best birthdays I imagine I will ever have!!! I would have done a lot better than top 25% overall finishing time had I not had nutrition issues late on the bike. It was a hot, dry and windy day which was no surprise to me but left many others no choice but to throw in the towel. The crowd and atmosphere made Ironman Arizona an enjoyable experience, especially at the finish.
