If it’s any consolation to you…the wifely-unit had the same problem downloading her phonebook from her Razr to the bluetooth phone directory in her Acura. I bought her a Sony somethingorother phone that Acura said was compatible with their system, moved her SIMM chip to this new phone and the download was a breeze. Bluetooth supports profiles, meaning each phone can have a set of different profiles, and unfortunately not every phone has every profile.
