Introducing Gmail Custom Time
Google spiders crawl publicly available web information and our index of historic, cached web content. Those doing it manually should ensure they have linked the post before sending the TrackBack ping. I am guessing this is their April Fools joke? Remember the old SNL skit about the post office that would back date your mail - and even beat it up a little to make it look like it had been lost. Was it a google dating service?
