Paul Hubbard, WR - CLE
First, the Browns took Rubin with the 190th pick, which they secured from Seattle in September when the team sent Charlie Frye to the Seahawks. At 6-2 and 315 pounds, the Browns add significant bulk with Rubin, who made 76 tackles in two years at Iowa State. He began his career at Trinity Valley (Texas) Community College. The Browns followed by trading their 2009 fifth-round pick to the Philadelphia Eagles for the 191st pick.
