Spread The Word: National Walk @ Lunch Day Wednesday
In addition to organized walks, there will be health information booths and giveaways. Hundreds of people are expected to participate in the walk around Bishop Square (walk route is along South King, Alakea, Hotel, and Bishop St.). Just 30 minutes of walking five times a week benefits the body’s muscles, bones and joints. You must fill out the comment body in order to submit a comment.
