She graduated from high school in Crenshaw a year early at age 17. Her first major role was a recurring role in the 3rd-5th seasons of Gilmore Girls, playing Lindsay Lister, girlfriend and later wife and ex-wife of Dean Forester (Jared Padalecki). She also has previously guest starred on the series Grounded for Life. The 5 8 tall, brown-eyed and blonde-haired was a contestant in the 2002 Miss Florida Teen USA Beauty Pageant.
