Central Texas School District - Round Rock ISD
Round Rock has many parks and sports assets such as the Dell Diamond and Old Settlers Park. Sports Capital of Texas is not an official capital designation made by the Texas legislature. Round Rocks official designation is the little-remembered Daffodil Capital of Texas. Round Rock is home to the Class AAA Pacific Coast League minor league baseball team Round Rock Express, which is owned by (and named for) Nolan Ryan.
