Colonial Bank, NA Chooses Guidance Software’s EnCase EDiscovery
The fourth quarter of 2007 ended with Colonial Bank as Polk County’s largest bank, based on deposits, but it won’t likely stay there long. Colonial and other Polk banks benefited during the quarter from a nearly $600 million infusion of public money, according to a report from the Florida Bankers Association. That was nearly six times greater than the $125.3 million in public funds all local banks held in the third quarter of 2007.
