Free, but proceeds from food, beverage and T-shirt sales go to area animal shelters. Don’t stress, though. The most important do is to bring the party animal in you — along with your animal, who likes to party — and have a dog-gone good time. Bring your (well-mannered) pet. Keep your dog on a leash. Costume your pet appropriately. Adopt a pet. Enjoy the music. Enjoy the food and beverages. And keep your pets hydrated, too.
