Tapp faces property theft and driving under the influence charges after he was taken into custody Friday, police said. Johnson said Tapp is a suspect in the deaths of his relatives, Marshall Scott Tapp and Kenneth Leroy Tapp. Investigators started tracking down family members to interview about the case, and went about two miles down the road to the home of Tapp’s uncle, 74-year-old Kenneth Tapp.
