The Senior Supplier Quality Engineer will improve supplier quality and delivery by working directly with suppliers, buyers, product engineering and supplier development engineers. Problem solving with suppliers using tools such as Lean and Six Sigma is expected along with also helping suppliers implement processes that comply with the Eaton Quality System and Eaton Supplier Excellence Manual. This position will also be involved with implementing systems that facilitate improved supplier performance such as tracking, reporting, and management review.
