Microsoft Buys TV Ad Company Navic Networks
Navic offers sophisticated campaign management tools that use data to optimize the delivery and placement of targeted interactive television media. Microsoft said the acquisition would allow Microsoft to be able to facilitate enhanced digital advertising across online and (notably) offline environments. Navic Networks will fall under Microsofts Advertiser and Publisher Solutions (APS) Group, which includes VOD advertising provider Atlas.
